1) When the new students apply, present the copy of application form for international students to the scholarship (download from the official website)、passport、diploma and academic certification, which the corresponding materials should be handed on to the Admission and Employment Office after entrance.

2) The international students receive application form for international students to the scholarship from Students' Affairs Office and fill in it, then hand in the form with other materials back to Students’ Affairs Office.

3) The Admission and Employment Office and the Students' Affairs Office accept the application, publish it on the official website and the whole college after the review. Then the Admission and Employment Office and the Students' Affairs Office inform the Financial Office and the faculty of the international student if without doubt.

4) If the gainer violate Chinese law or school regulations, college will cancel the qualification and stop providing scholarship.
